Sheryl Brown, NPUR Atlanta 2022 Secretary
Clean Energy Atlanta Board Representative for NPUR
Hello NPU-R Members, clean energy is a commitment that the city of Atlanta has made a goal by the year 2035. I serve as your representative and we have a plethora of information and statistics that show 30311, 10, 18 and 31 are the heaviest utility burdened zip codes in this city, and of course, those are all communities of color. Please learn more about what we do at 100atl.com and check out the first newsletter written by and published on behalf of the NPU Representatives JULY 2021 – ACTIVE NEIGHBOR NEWSLETTER. Public service commissioners are up for elections in November please do your Due Diligence to elect the best candidate to represent you.
Please reach out should you have any questions, at sbrown@thrivepr.org.
This presentation will give members a better understanding of Clean Energy and why it is important for all members to understand, respond and participate. The City of Atlanta has received funding that will help to insulate our homes and make them run more efficiently and that will help us to create, clean energy. As we move forward NPUR Atlanta members we will deep dive into clean energy and how to take advantage of the opportunities that are coming our way. Let’s start with reading the presentation and home surveys. Please leave me a message below and include your email address and I can send you a survey.
Thanks, Sheryl
